One of the most self-defeating thoughts about the prospect of trying to lose weight is all too often, “Oh no, not again”. This is odd when you think about it because it ought to be more like, “Yippee! I’ve finally made a decision to get my weight issue handled”.
There are, unfortunately, two major problems that make the latter thought process a fantasy for almost all would-be dieters. The first of these is that you start preparing yourself for battle instead of what should be a pleasurable and rewarding journey.
